Borderline - Concept art: Baby and Heel

I actually had a character for a long ass time (you have seen an image I posted years ago), and well. I decided to revamp it; and thus Baby and Heel came to be. This is the full concept work, ranging from the rough sketch to the final design. The outfit is based on the Japanese fashion trend "Lolita" (to capture the innocence of youth, in Baby's case, it's to describe her childish behavior despite her being created as an adult)

Then there's Heel, the true form that hides behind the facade of childish acts, a living breathing nightmare that pops up when Baby doesn't get her way. This one has some inspiration from a youtuber Deino who made a character called "Calcium" (a creature whose limbs are monstrous). To perfectly fit the character, I was also trying to remember some monsters from silent hill from the top of my head (not much of a fan of SH but it does have some neat designs), and came with the general concept of a preying mantis (I think I misspelled that word wrong sorry) with visible organs hanging from her body.
